Welcome to our 15th Exeter Festival of South West Food & Drink!
Over the past 15 years the Festival has established itself as a vital part of life in Exeter and the South West, celebrating our rich food culture while bringing together local producers, the region’s best chefs, and of course you, the food loving public. Without your ongoing support, your enthusiasm, your interest in real food and the people who create it, our Festival simply could not exist. So a huge thank you from all of us.
In this difficult economic period, we are delighted that the Festival goes from strength to strength. Since we launched in 2004, there has been a sea of change in local and national awareness of the importance of food in our daily lives. Food miles, sustainability, traceability, provenance, biodiversity and the importance of shopping local are all now firmly on the mainstream agenda for all those who care about good, healthy and delicious food as well as the value of maintaining traditional lifestyles and communities.
We hope you enjoyed the Festival, tasting, learning, eating, drinking, dancing, and celebrating with us 15 years of delicious South West excellence. Here’s to the next 15 years!
